How can I follow up on my GCash ticket?

Once you’ve submitted a ticket, you can check its status using your GCash-registered email, through the GCash app, or by chatting with Gigi. Here’s how:

 

GCash App

To follow up on your tickets in the GCash app:

  1. Open the GCash app.
  2. Go to Profile > Help.
  3. View and check the status of your open tickets.

 

Chat with Gigi

Follow these steps to check your ticket by chatting with Gigi in the Help Center:

  1. In the GCash Help Center, tap Chat with Gigi
  2. Type “status of my ticket” 
  3. Tap Show Form and fill in your GCash-registered mobile number and email address.
  4. Select your ticket number from the list, and Gigi will provide an update on its status.
  5. If you want to send a follow-up, type your message, and Gigi will update your ticket for you.
